New foundation of a 4-room shared flat on 15.03. or earlier in Hamburg Wandsbek

Moin dear roommate seekers. We are founding a new flatshare in Hamburg Wandsbek and since everyone is moving in at the same time, you have the chance to start a new flatshare life :)

Jana (24) Saskia (23) and Ina (24) have already decided and are looking forward to a fourth person.

Our goal is that it does not become a community of purpose, but we wish a nice coexistence of people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Maybe you will also bring someone directly with you who still wants to move in, no problem at all ;-)

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street. It has 4 rooms that have been newly renovated. The common areas, hallway, kitchen, bathroom and a room, were furnished and equipped by us.

The other 3 rooms have to be furnished with 12, 16 sqm for 499,- monthly rent and 22 sqm for 549,- monthly rent, wonderful dimensions. This can be done according to your own wishes and needs, since they are unfurnished.
For the furnished room with 8 sqm of living space, the monthly rent is also 499,-

You don't have to worry about the additional costs. They are included in the package rental, as well as access to the Internet.

Kedenburgstraße is located in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Wandsbek
Wandsbek is a diverse and lively district in the northeast of Hamburg. Various authorities, banks, hospitals and doctors of the district can be reached quickly on foot or by bike. The weekly market on the Wandsbeker Marktplatz, with a large assortment, is a paradise for everyone who likes to be creative in the kitchen or garden. The popular shopping centre 'Wandsbeker Quarree' offers a varied shopping mix with over 90 shops as well as restaurants and cafés. 2 large cinemas can also be found in Wandsbek. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Wandsbeker Marktstrasse and get out into the countryside, you can take a wonderful walk along the Wandse, towards the Eichtalpark and botanical Garden, or jog your laps around the Mühlenteich.
2 Minutes walk and you are at the bus stop, which goes to the Wandsbek Markt Station, 1.3 km away.
Wandsbeker Marktplatz is an important public transport hub. From here it takes 15 minutes to the airport and 13 minutes to Jungfernstieg or Central Station.
