The apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building. The common areas—hallway, kitchen, bathroom, and one room—have been completely furnished and equipped by us. Currently, there is still one bright, furnished room measuring 8 square meters available. No stress with buying furniture 🛒❌ – just unpack your suitcase and move in straight away 🧳. You don't have to worry about additional costs 😊. These are already included in the flat rate rent 💶✔️, as is internet access 🌐.

Location

Kedenburgstraße is located in the beautiful Hamburg-Wandsbek district. Whether you need to visit government offices, banks, doctors, or hospitals, everything is within easy walking or cycling distance.
The weekly market at Wandsbeker Marktplatz is a real highlight 🛒💐 – perfect for anyone who likes to cook or potter around in the garden 🍅. The popular Wandsbeker Quarree is the place to go for shopping and strolling 🛍️ – with over 90 shops, restaurants, and cafés 🍽️☕.
And for movie fans, there are two large cinemas 🎬 in the district! If you want to get out into the countryside 🌳, you can walk along the Wandse towards Eichtalpark or the Botanical Garden 🌷 – or you can do your running laps around the idyllic Mühlenteich 🏃‍♀️.

The nearest bus stop is a 2-minute walk away 🚌 – it will take you to Wandsbek Markt station (only 1.3 km away) in no time. From there, you can quickly get anywhere: in 13 minutes you can be at Jungfernstieg or the main station, and in 15 minutes you can even be at the airport ✈️!
