A room is becoming available in our shared flat - and maybe you'll be our new member!

We are Lucas (25), Annabelle (24) and Johanna (21) - a colorful mix of students and professionals. We're looking for an open-minded person who enjoys a friendly atmosphere and is up for a chat in the kitchen.

In our free time, we like to go out with friends, go to the movies, watch series together on Netflix or cook together. Music plays a big role for us - whether it's playing the guitar, singing or simply listening to relaxing music. We also love to travel when circumstances allow.

We like to socialize, but for us it's always: everything can, nothing must! Everyone has their own space, but we are happy to live together.

Room

The apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Wandsbek.

The room is approx. 8 square meters in size and modernly furnished. It can be lived in immediately after unpacking your suitcase. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a cozy seating area. The bathroom invites you to take a relaxing bath in the tub and offers enough space for the utensils you need. The shared apartment also has a guest WC.

There are no additional costs, they are all included in the all-inclusive rent.

Kedenburgstraße is located in the beautiful district of Hamburg-Wandsbek
Wandsbek is a diverse and lively district in the north-east of Hamburg. Various authorities, banks, hospitals and doctors in the district can be reached quickly on foot or by bike. The weekly market on the Wandsbek market square, with its wide range of products, is a paradise for anyone who likes to be creative in the kitchen or garden. The popular shopping center 'Wandsbeker Quarree' with over 90 stores offers a varied shopping mix as well as restaurants and cafés. There are also 2 large cinemas in Wandsbek. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Wandsbeker Marktstrasse and into the green, you can take a wonderful walk along the Wandse towards Eichtalpark and the botanical garden or jog around the Mühlenteich.
A 2-minute walk and you are at the bus stop that takes you to Wandsbek Markt station, 1.3 km away.
The Wandsbek market square is an important public transport hub. From here it takes 15 minutes to the airport and 13 minutes to Jungfernstieg or the main train station.
