Two rooms are becoming available in our shared flat of 4...

We are Lucas, Annabelle and Johanna. We are students or working and are looking for a new person to chat with. In our free time we like to go out with our friends, go to the movies or watch series at home on Netflix, for example. We like listening to music, playing the guitar ourselves and singing. When we're not traveling, we work a lot and at different times. Unfortunately, this means that we don't get to spend many evenings or activities together. As a result, we are often "storm-free" and the flat share is very quiet ; -)

Room

The apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Wandsbek.

The room is about 8 square meters and modern furnished. So it can be lived in immediately, after unpacking your suitcase. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a cozy sitting area. The bathroom invites you to take a relaxing bath in the tub and offers enough space for needed utensils. In addition, the WG has a guest toilet.

Service charges do not apply and are included in the all-inclusive rent, as well as access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Kedenburgstraße is located in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Wandsbek
Wandsbek is a diverse and lively district in the northeast of Hamburg. Various authorities, banks, hospitals and doctors in the district can be reached quickly on foot or by bicycle. The weekly market on the Wandsbek market square, with a large assortment, is a paradise for all who like to be creative in the kitchen or garden. The popular shopping center 'Wandsbeker Quarree' offers a varied shopping mix with over 90 stores, as well as restaurants and cafes. 2 large cinemas can also be found in Wandsbek. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the Wandsbeker Marktstrasse and go into the green, you can wonderfully walk along the Wandse, direction Eichtalpark and botanical garden or jog his laps around the Mühlenteich.
2 minutes walk and you are at the bus stop that goes to the station Wandsbek Markt, 1.3 km away.
Wandsbek Markt is an important public transport hub. From here it takes 15 minutes to the airport and 13 minutes to Jungfernstieg or Hauptbahnhof.
