Unfurnished 12 sqm room in a shared flat for 01.04. or immediately in Hamburg Wandsbek

Hello dear flat share seekers. We founded this new shared flat in Hamburg Wandsbek in February 2022.

Since Elisabeth is moving out, we are looking for Linus, Marius and Sascha as a new fourth person ;-)
We are all working and enjoy reading, knitting in our free time. We cook and bake together in the big kitchen, are active in sports, play music and meet up with friends from time to time.

This flat share is not a community of convenience, but rather a nice community of people who fit together well, are friendly and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is a top priority so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Wandsbek.

Your light-flooded room is approx. 12 m² in size and has its own balcony! You can furnish it however you like, as it is rented without furniture. A cozy shared room can be created here.
In the fitted kitchen you can cook on the ceramic hob with matching extractor hood or bake delicious food in the oven. The dishwasher washes the dishes afterwards. You can eat and sit together with your flatmates in the seating area.
A bright, modern bathroom with bathtub and natural light is available for freshening up. Towels are preheated on the towel radiator. If this is occupied, there is a guest WC available.
The entire apartment has a typical old building charm. High ceilings, beautiful floorboards and partly stucco.

There are no additional costs and these are included in the all-inclusive rent. Access to TV, Internet (WLAN) is also included in the all-inclusive rent

Kedenburgstraße is located in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Wandsbek
Wandsbek is a diverse and lively district in the northeast of Hamburg. Various authorities, banks, hospitals and doctors in the district can be reached quickly on foot or by bicycle. The weekly market on the Wandsbek market square, with a large assortment, is a paradise for all who like to be creative in the kitchen or garden. The popular shopping center 'Wandsbeker Quarree' offers a varied shopping mix with over 90 stores, as well as restaurants and cafes. 2 large cinemas can also be found in Wandsbek. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the Wandsbeker Marktstrasse and go into the green, you can wonderfully walk along the Wandse, direction Eichtalpark and botanical garden or jog his laps around the Mühlenteich.
2 minutes walk and you are at the bus stop that goes to the station Wandsbek Markt, 1.3 km away.
Wandsbek Markt is an important public transport hub. From here it takes 15 minutes to the airport and 13 minutes to Jungfernstieg or Hauptbahnhof.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
