Room

The approximately 90 sqm apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street. It has 4 rooms that have been newly renovated.
The common areas, hallway, 2 bathrooms and a shared room were furnished and equipped by us. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a comfortable seating area.

3 wonderfully bright rooms with 12 sqm for 629,-, 16 sqm for 649,- monthly rent and 22 sqm for 679,- monthly rent, have wonderful dimensions to furnish, which can be completely according to your own wishes and needs, since they are unfurnished.
For the furnished room with 8 sqm of living space, the monthly rent is 599,-

There are no additional costs. They are like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the flat-rate rent.

Kedenburgstraße is located in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Wandsbek
Wandsbek is a diverse and lively district in the northeast of Hamburg. Various authorities, banks, hospitals and doctors of the district can be reached quickly on foot or by bike. The weekly market on the Wandsbeker Marktplatz, with a large assortment, is a paradise for everyone who likes to be creative in the kitchen or garden. The popular shopping center 'Wandsbeker Quarree' offers a varied shopping mix with over 90 shops as well as restaurants and cafés. 2 large cinemas can also be found in Wandsbek. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Wandsbeker Marktstrasse and get out into the countryside, you can take a wonderful walk along the Wandse, towards the Eichtalpark and botanical garden, or jog your laps around the Mühlenteich pond.
2 Minutes walk and you are at the bus stop, which goes to the Wandsbek Markt Station, 1.3 km away.
The Wandsbeker Marktplatz is an important public transport hub. From here it takes 15 minutes to the airport and 13 minutes to Jungfernstieg or central Station.
