Flat share for 4 people looking for you for 01.08. in Hamburg Wandsbek

Hello dear flat share seekers. We have founded a new shared flat in Hamburg Wandsbek in April 2022.

Nathalia, Saskia and Ina, all working, are looking forward to a new fourth person ;-) The girls like to travel the world, sew, draw, cook together in the large kitchen, do sports and meet up with friends from time to time.

This flat share is not a community of convenience, but a nice cohabitation of people who fit together well, are likeable and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Maybe you have the same hobbies or bring something completely new with you... :) We look forward to meeting you.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street. It has 4 rooms, which have been freshly renovated. The common rooms, hallway, kitchen, bathroom, were furnished and equipped by us.

The room has 16 square meters. Thanks to the practical layout, it could be a wonderful bedroom, living room or workspace.

You don't have to worry about the additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is internet access.

Location

Kedenburgstrasse is located in the central Hamburg-Wandsbek district.
Wandsbek is a diverse and lively district in the north-east of Hamburg. Various authorities, banks, hospitals and doctors in the district can be reached quickly on foot or by bike. The weekly market on the Wandsbek market square, with its wide range of products, is a paradise for anyone who likes to be creative in the kitchen or garden. The popular shopping center 'Wandsbeker Quarree' with over 90 stores offers a varied shopping mix as well as restaurants and cafés. There are also 2 large cinemas in Wandsbek. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Wandsbeker Marktstrasse and into the green, you can take a wonderful walk along the Wandse towards Eichtalpark and the botanical garden or jog around the Mühlenteich.
A 2-minute walk and you are at the bus stop that takes you to Wandsbek Markt station, 1.3 km away.
The Wandsbek market square is an important public transport hub. From here it takes 15 minutes to the airport and 13 minutes to Jungfernstieg or the main train station.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
