Hello, we are Hassan (22), Sophie (21) and Lisa (23) and we are looking for a nice person for the vacant room.

We are both working and would be happy about open-minded and nice people, with a healthy sense of cleanliness. We sit together, cook and drink a beer or two, and go to the cinema together from time to time. We are also active in sports, playing ice hockey, kickboxing, skiing and cycling, hiking, sailing, horse riding and jogging. But they are also creative and musical and play guitar and piano. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing has to". Despite the open and friendly way of dealing, privacy is very important in order to find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building in the heart of Hamburg Wandsbek.
The room is about 10 square meters and wonderfully flooded with light through the window. Since it is furnished, you just need to unpack the suitcases and can move in and live right away. Bed, wardrobe, desk, lights, mirror... Everything already exists. The washing machine is accommodated in the functional fitted kitchen, with a small but fine seating area. In the spacious bathroom there is a shower and enough space for necessary utensils.

There are no additional costs and are compensated with the flat-rate rent. Access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the package rental.

Wandsbek is a diverse and lively district in the northeast of Hamburg. Various authorities, banks, hospitals and doctors of the district can be reached quickly on foot or by bike. The weekly market on the Wandsbeker Marktplatz, with a large assortment, is a paradise for everyone who likes to be creative in the kitchen or garden. The popular shopping center 'Wandsbeker Quarree' offers a varied shopping mix with over 90 shops as well as restaurants and cafés. 2 large cinemas can also be found in Wandsbek. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Wandsbeker Marktstrasse and get out into the countryside, you can take a wonderful walk along the Wandse, towards the Eichtalpark and botanical garden, or jog your laps around the Mühlenteich pond.

The Wandsbeker Marktplatz is an important public transport hub. From here it takes 15 minutes to the airport and 13 minutes to Jungfernstieg or central Station.
