We are Samuele (25) and Federico (30). In our free time, we like to watch movies 🎬 or do sports 🏃⚽ - when we're not working 💼.

A nice, relaxed life together is important to us 🤝. We would like a new person who is friendly, open 😊 and has a healthy sense of cleanliness 🧹 to move in with us.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a charming old apartment building in the Reiherstieg district 🏡.

The bright, light-flooded room (approx. 12 sqm) impresses with beautiful stucco on the high ceilings ✨ and a well-preserved floorboard 🌿. Here you can furnish yourself according to your wishes and create a cozy living space 🛋️.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with oven + hob, dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment 🍳🧊. A cozy seating area invites you to linger ☕.

The bathroom is practically designed with a shower 🚿 and washbasin - perfect for a fresh start to the day 🌞.
👉 Additional costs? None at all! Just like TV and internet (network + WiFi) 📶, they are already included in the all-inclusive rent ✅.

Location

The room is located in a lively area in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg 🌆. Within walking distance you will find cafés ☕, restaurants 🍝, supermarkets 🛒, bakeries 🥐 and doctors 👩‍⚕️. There are also gyms 💪, bars 🍻 and a bookshop 📚 right on site.

Wilhelmsburg itself is located on the largest river island in Europe 🌍, framed by the Norderelbe and Süderelbe rivers 🌊. The beautiful island park 🌳 was created here as part of the International Garden Show 2013 - perfect for walking 🚶, relaxing 😌, swimming 🏊 or climbing 🧗.

If that's not enough, you can continue to Finkenriek to the Elbe beach 🏖️ or stroll through Moorwerder past paddocks 🐎. A highlight: the Dockville Festival 🎶, which takes place nearby every year.

By bike 🚲 you can reach the old Elbe tunnel 🚇 in around 20 minutes and land directly at the Landungsbrücken in Hamburg harbor ⚓.

You are also very well connected by public transport 🚍🚆: The bus stop is just a few steps away 👣 and takes you to the Wilhelmsburg S-Bahn in around 10 minutes. From there, you only need another 10 minutes to the main train station 🚉.

👉 To the University of Hamburg 🎓 it takes about 13 minutes to Dammtor station and then it's just a 5-minute walk 👟.
