Hi everyone. A room is becoming available in our beautiful shared flat and we are looking for you :-)
We are Balthazar and Batucan (27). In our free time we like to watch movies or do sports when we are not doing something for our studies.

We would like to have a nice life together with a new person who fits in well with us, is friendly and open-minded and has a healthy sense of cleanliness.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in the popular Reiherstieg district.
Your approx. 14 m² room is beautifully bright, unfurnished and boasts stucco and high ceilings - perfect for individual furnishing!

The fitted kitchen has a dishwasher and a cozy seating area. The bathroom with shower offers enough space for everything you need.

All-inclusive rent - all utilities as well as internet, TV and landline are included. Simply move in and start living!

Location

The room is located in lively area in Hamburg Wilhelmsburg. Within walking distance there are various cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and doctors. Gyms, bars, a bookstore can also be found on site.

Wilhelmsburg is located on the largest river island in Europe, which is in the south of Hamburg, framed by Norder- and Süderelbe. As part of the International Garden Show, a central people's park (Inselpark) was created in 2013, which connects the individual neighborhoods. Here, in addition to the swimming pool and the climbing hall, you will find numerous places to relax and take a walk. If the park is still too small, you can stroll in Finkenriek, on the Elbe beach or, past paddocks, through Moorwerder. In addition, every year, the famous Dockville Festival takes place nearby.
By bike you are in about 20 minutes at the old, historic Elbtunnel and find yourself, if you drive through it, at the Landungsbrücken, directly in the port of Hamburg again.

If you want to use public transport, you are also quickly at the port or the city center.
A bus stop is within walking distance and will take you to the S-Bahn Wilhelmsburg in about 10 minutes.
The trip to the main train station takes another ten minutes.
If you want to go to university, you can drive 13 minutes to Dammtor station and walk 5 minutes from there to the University of Hamburg.
