I am Lukas (24), also a student from Düsseldorf. I am active in sports, like to meet friends or spend an evening in front of Netflix.
It is very important to me in a shared flat that we can get along with each other, sometimes sit together, chat, cook something and just spend time together. Go for a beer or a wine or whatever. That's why we would like it if you also attach importance to it.

Room

Moin, we are looking for 2 new roommates for our 3-room flat in a great old building with high ceilings and floorboards :) Wie apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in the Reiherstiegviertel, in Hamburg Wilhelmsburg.
The light-flooded room is about 16 m2 in size and what is particularly eye-catching is the stucco on the high ceilings. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs.

You don't have to worry about the additional costs. They are, like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone incl. Landline flat, included in the rent.

Location

The room is located in a lively area in Hamburg Wilhelmsburg. Within walking distance there are various cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and doctors. Gyms, bars, a bookstore can also be found on site.

Wilhelmsburg is located on the largest river island in Europe, which is framed by the Northern and Southern Elbe in the south of Hamburg. As part of the International Garden Show, a central Volkspark (island park) was created in 2013, which connects the individual districts. Here, in addition to the swimming pool and the climbing hall, you will find numerous places to relax and go for a walk. If the park is still too small, you can stroll in Finkenriek, on the Elbe beach or, past horse paddocks, through Moorwerder. In addition, every year, the well-known Dockville Festival takes place nearby.
By bike you can reach the old, historic Elbe Tunnel in about 20 minutes and, if you drive through it, you will find yourself at the Landungsbrücken, directly in the port of Hamburg.

If you want to use public transport, you are also quickly at the port or the city center.
Bus stop is within walking distance and takes you in about 10 minutes to the S-Bahn Wilhelmsburg.
The journey to the Central Station takes another ten minutes.
If you want to go to the university, you drive 13 minutes to Dammtor station and walk from there, 5 minutes to the University of Hamburg.
